As websites go, this one was in real need of a makeover. Pages of content had been added on to the existing website for years, leaving users to search through a labyrinth of paths and dead ends only to feel like they’d fallen down the rabbit hole. Working in-house on the UX team, we led up the copy effort.

On this website redesign, being involved from the beginning at discovery through user testing and to its launch was invaluable. The new prospects’ website was cleaner, more image rich, and it explained vital information, such as its pricing structure, which research told us was key for prospects visiting the site.
