UCLA Pharmacies Website
The pharmacy page of UCLA’s Health System site consists of a single page with contact information for its 3 pharmacies. Not much else. This page is a major touch point for the patient experience, yet it was hard to find, provided no incentive for return patients, and was a missed opportunity for online RX.
Based on business goals, Furryteeth did some UX work including comparative research of different pharmacies and user interviews. In doing so, we developed personas, storyboard scenarios, user flows, wireframes, high-fidelity comps and site maps for both web and mobile experiences.
