Furryteeth was tasked to increase traffic to a website for this tiny tropical island. So we created a survey to capture information about tourists who had either been to Vieques or were planning to visit. Then, we qualified individuals for interviews and conducted user testing with ViequesTravel.com.
Based on business and user goals, we did competitive analysis and made recommendations for the website. Our findings revealed how the site was being currently utilized, what features users wanted that were lacking, and how social media played a role with travelers doing research online.
